The Provider section allows you to specify whether to use Vega or Vega-Lite for your Specification and Config.

Selecting this option will apply any changes you have made in either the Specification or Config and update your visual. The Command Bar contains the following operations (from left to right): Apply (Ctrl + Enter) Alternatively, you can keep the gutter (so that sections of JSON can still be expanded and collapsed as needed) but hide the line numbers by disabling the Editor > Line Numbers property. You can disable this gutter by disabling the Editor > Line Gutter property in the Power BI Format pane. If you prefer your editor on the right, you can modify this in the properties pane by selecting Editor > Position > Right in the Power BI Format pane: Double-clicking the resizer will revert the pane to its default size (40% of the visible canvas). I understand everything after the source line but this has me stumped.The Visual Editor is used to define your specification, configuration and any other options. I have a use case where I have calculated columns in dax but need to manipulate those calculated columns in Power Query. I know it can be from if data is manually entered but I have also seen where it can link to other data sources.
